Scaling up

After your first year of partnership, you'll transition your Year 7 circle into Year 8. You will also start a new circle in Year 7.

A key learning is that having wider buy in from the wider department and across the school, including an SLT ‘champion’ is a key factor for success when scaling up. Please do share the message with your department and SLT to assist you.
