Get ready to make the most of Vedamo's virtual classroom. This guide walks you through all the key features, like the interactive whiteboard where you can show your work using a range of collaborative tools! You can customise your camera for privacy and use buttons in fun ways to communicate, like raise hand and chat box. Plus, you can get creative with pen tools, text boxes, and shapes to engage with the session.
Adjusting your camera settings
You may want to blur your background to avoid distractions and ensure privacy. To do this, click on the up arrow next to the video on/off button (#1). Click on the option for “camera” (#2) and then choose “blur” from the video background options.

Communicating: raising your hand and the chat function
Want to share your ideas? If you haven’t been called on, just click the raise hand button to speak.
Need to type your answers? If your mentor asks for a written response, click the speech bubble icon to open the chat and send your answer there!

Whiteboard tools
The whiteboard tools let you interact with the slides in fun and different ways. Look out for icons with a small arrow in the corner – these have extra options, which are explained in the diagram.
